Our commitment
Traeos strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across traeos.com and the Traeos iOS and Android applications. We are working toward that standard and are actively remediating issues we find.
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We test as we build, we keep a dated record of what we find and fix, and we treat a reported barrier as a bug like any other.
What we have done
Our public website is checked against WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA on every build using automated tooling, supplemented by manual keyboard testing in both our light and dark themes. Our most recent round of work addressed color contrast, form labelling, keyboard operability, focus management in dialogs, error announcement, landmark structure, and controls for motion.
Known limitations
We would rather tell you where we fall short than imply we do not fall short anywhere. As of July 31, 2026:
- Photos uploaded by clients and pros may not have text descriptions. We do not author that content and cannot describe it on the uploader’s behalf.
- Our iOS and Android apps have not yet been tested with VoiceOver or TalkBack.
- Signed-in account areas have had less accessibility testing than our public pages, and we know some controls there cannot yet be operated by keyboard alone.
- Some third-party content embedded in our pages, including payment and mapping components, is outside our direct control and may not meet this standard.
- Automated testing only catches part of what matters. We have not yet commissioned testing with people who use assistive technology daily.
Tell us about a barrier
If you run into something you cannot use, we want to hear about it. It is the fastest way for us to fix it.
Email accessibility@traeos.com. Tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and what happened. If you use assistive technology, telling us which one helps us reproduce the problem.
For anything else, our support team is at support@traeos.com.
The standard we work toward
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG sets out requirements for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, screen magnification, speech input, or keyboard-only navigation.
