With over a decade as legal & IP counsel for a Fortune 20 company, he pairs hard-won commercial judgment with a builder's drive — leading strategy, fundraising, and growth toward a marketplace where skilled tradespeople are treated as partners and homeowners hire with complete confidence.
Michael
Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
Michael architects the technology behind Traeos. A multi-cloud-certified solutions architect with over a decade of cloud and full-stack engineering experience and a Master's in Information Management Systems Engineering from Harvard, he leads the engineering and product work powering the mobile apps, web marketplace, and the matching, payments, and trust & safety systems that run the platform at scale.
Alan
Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Alan runs Traeos's day-to-day operations and market expansion. Having helped scale startups in the pharmaceutical industry, he builds the partnerships, processes, and playbooks that bring trusted pros and homeowners onto the platform — city by city.
Robert
Chief Legal Officer & Co-Founder
Robert leads legal, compliance, and trust & safety. Shaped by years in Silicon Valley's semiconductor industry across both sales and compliance, he sets the licensing and background-check standards, payment protections, and platform policies that keep both sides of the marketplace safe.

Chief Finance Officer
Rod leads Traeos's finances and capital strategy. With more than 30 years of business and financial leadership across the oil & gas and food industries — including co-founding and successfully selling an oil & gas services distribution company — he brings the financial discipline to scale Traeos responsibly.
